Daily Meditation: Breathe

Today’s meditation is a really intense one. If you can really focus on this mediation, and let yourself be open to it, your body is going to freak out(in a good way). Extreme sensation and extreme calmness will wash over you.

It was shared with me by my roommate, Cora, who teaches yoga and has been practicing for many years. This particular mediation  is derived from Kundalini yoga, which is referred to as the “Yoga of Awareness”.  It is a really dynamic form of yoga that is designed to give you an experience of your soul.
